Liability for content
The content of our web pages was created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the content. As service providers, pursuant to § 7 Par. 1 TMG (German Teleservices Act), we are responsible for our own content on these web pages in accordance with the general laws. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as service providers are under no obligation to monitor or investigate, as circumstances warrant, information that may indicate unlawful activity and that is transmitted or stored by others. Obligations regarding the removal or blockage of use of information pursuant to general laws remain unaffected by this provision. Liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a concrete violation of the law. When we become aware of such violations of the law, we will immediately remove the relevant content.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external web pages of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees regarding the content of these external pages. The provider or operator of each linked web page is responsible for the content thereof. Linked pages were checked for possible violations of the law at the time of linkage. No unlawful content was identifiable at the time of linkage. An ongoing content control of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete indications of a violation of the law. When we become aware of violations of the law, we will immediately remove the relevant links.
The content and works created by the web page operators and appearing on these web pages are subject to German copyright law. Copying, processing, dissemination, and any kind of exploitation outside the bounds of copyright law require prior written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted only for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on these pages was not created by the operator, third party copyright shall apply. In particular, the content of third parties will be identified as such. If you notice a copyright violation, we ask that you inform us. When we become aware of violations of the law, we will immediately remove the relevant content.

Insofar as personal data (e.g., name, address, or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this occurs, as consistently as possible, on a voluntary basis. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We point out that the transfer of data over the Internet (e.g., e-mail communications) can be subject to security gaps. Seamless protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
We express herewith our objection to the use of contact data, published in accordance with the German Impressumspflicht, by third parties for the purpose of sending advertisements or informational materials that are not expressly solicited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited delivery of advertising information, such as Spam.

Our web pages include plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The Facebook plugins are identified on our pages by the Facebook logo or by the "Like" button. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

Additional information can be found in Facebook's Data Use Policy at http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Data protection declaration for the use of Google +1
Capture and transfer of information:
You can use the Google +1 button to publish information worldwide. The Google +1 button allows you and other users to receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google saves the information that you clicked on +1 for a certain piece of content as well as information about the page that you were viewing when you clicked on +1. Your +1 along with your profile name and your photo can be displayed as references in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other locations on websites and in Internet advertisements.
Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. To be able to use the Google +1 button, you need to have a public profile that is visible to everyone and that has to contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you have used to share content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be displayed to users who know your e-mail address or who have other identifying information about you.
