On February 5, 2024, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary in Frankfurt/Main.
daenet’s success story spans 25 years, during which the company has become a leading player in the IT industry. Founded in 1999 by visionary software developers Damir Dobric and Stefan Aevermann, daenet started as a small startup with the goal of providing innovative IT solutions.
Since its beginnings in 1996 in the engineering office Dobric and Aevermann, daenet has evolved into a renowned company.
In its early years, the company focused on developing tailor-made software applications exclusively for local businesses. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction quickly led to a growing customer base and positive recommendations. Daenet established itself as a reliable partner for digital transformation and custom software solutions.
Even before its foundation, Damir’s passion lay in researching and developing software solutions. The daenet story began in Frankfurt am Main, where initially, we managed IT infrastructures at trade fairs and developed smaller solutions. The groundwork for our success was laid early on when Stefan and Damir met at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, recognizing the growing significance of software as a long-term megatrend.
Initially, daenet focused on both infrastructure and the development of individual software solutions. By constantly adapting to changing times and technologies, we were able to identify important megatrends early on and transform rapidly.

We are proud that, following our Microsoft Solution Partner certification in 2001, we were among the world’s first 100 companies to receive the Microsoft Gold certification in 2005. Our successes are also reflected in awards, including the Technology Innovation Award 2005, the German Innovation Award for SOA 2008, and the Microsoft Partner Technology Award 2010.

Since October 2021, we have been a proud member of the ACP Group, where, as experts in cloud-based software solutions, we continue our mission: supporting companies, especially in the industry, in implementing innovative digital strategies.
